As Founder and CEO of Engagd Media, Jamal leads the company's vision, business development, partnerships, operations, and long-term growth strategy. While his experience allows him to contribute across multiple creative disciplines, his primary responsibility is ensuring that Engagd Media continues to grow into a thriving creative community and profitable business.

Chauncey
Co-Founder & Head of Music Production
Chauncey is a producer, audiovisual technician, and video conferencing technician with a remarkable ear for music and sound. As a founding member of Engagd Media, he leads the Music Department and oversees music production, beat creation, audio production, and creative development.
His passion lies in crafting original music that connects with audiences across multiple forms of media, including recording artists, film, television, podcasts, video games, and other creative productions. His ability to hear the details that elevate a production makes him an invaluable part of the Engagd team.
